Jingle Bail Rock

Proceeds go to the Brooklyn Community Bail Fund to get the unconvicted home for the holidays.

TICKETS REQUIRED (Available here) • $35.00 • OPEN BAR • Doors at 7:30PM • Performances start at 8:00PM

FEATURED PERFORMERS: The Range • Miss Eaves • I.O.D. • Teen Girl Scientist Monthly • DJ John Swan • Ikechukwu Ufomadu

After Party at Starr Bar • Drink Specials TBD

Right now nearly half a million people are locked up in jails nationwide who can't afford to post bail before their trial; that number is larger than most other countries' entire incarcerated population. A staggering 63% of the people in U.S. jails are unconvicted and jailed only because they are too poor to afford their often low cash bail. NOV10 believes wealth should not be the determinate of freedom, so we've partnered with the Brooklyn Community Bail Fund to help get unconvicted New Yorkers home for the holidays.

All proceeds from this party will go towards freeing jailed individuals accused of a misdemeanor and helping them navigate their future hearings and trial. In 95% of cases the money is returned to the Bail Fund, so if we raise just $5,000 that will likely bail 100+ people out over time!

Organizer: NOV10 is a Brooklyn-based community action group empowering its members with the connection, knowledge, and tools to advocate together for a progressive vision for a just nation locally and nationally.
